Is it wrong that what I seek is intense….
Is crazy, fun, loyalty and passion. That I want to look at someone and say ok I know we have both been hurt and this world has made us scared to be vulnerable but if you jump,so will I! I won’t let you fall.. We can even hold hands and jump together! I just want something real. Another human on this crazy journey to take my hand and say “let’s do this!”

Although I portray to be strong , tough & independent, and I am… I crave the vulnerability that comes with risk taking. Comes with stepping out of a comfort zone. It sounds easy right!?? Well, it’s not.
Unfortunately, this world has ruined a lot of people, and it’s only up to them to turn their journey around and make It right.

I have met so many different people traveling over the last few months and what I have found is this….
people are soooo scared to be true, to be vulnerable, to turn their head from drama, to be unapologetically themselves, to step out of their comfort zone into this beautiful world. They are scared to walk away from what no longer serves them. To take leaps of Faith and go for something or someone that inspires or intrigues them. To be vulnerable and have blind faith. If you are always  apprehensive and worried about what could go wrong, are you really fully living? I say, no way!

So what happens is, we intercept paths and we are thrown into another’s person journey with hopes that it wasn’t by coincidence and you play a part. Sad part is if you come with an expectation chances are you will be let down, but if you don’t.. The possibilities are endless.

I know one day I will meet that person that wants to jump with me. To look in each other’s eyes and say “I won’t hurt
You, let it all be about love and adventure !”
The biggest challenge is deciphering what you want. what you will accept, deciding if someone is right for you. I’ve learned slowly but surely to not overthink. To not judge. My forever human may come with not one thing I’m expecting. You have to trust the journey.

You know the feeling you get when your so in love? Everything about that person makes you smile and light up inside… That is what every single person wants.. If they say they don’t, they are completely lying to you. If they say they don’t it’s because they are so emotionally numb, insecure and scared. We are out here on this earth to find people we have soul connections with to guide us. If we are lucky we find our actual soulmate.

I know there is someone out there for us all..just have to keep your eyes open and drop any vision you may previously thought was what you wanted lol…. we all have our check list of what we want and don’t want.. Im Not telling you to throw it out, all I am saying is write it in pencil 😉

Hi!
Soooo ..Today is my birthday.. I turn 25 😝.. again…

I decided to put a pause on the party to finish this blog post..
I thought maybe I shouldn’t blog tonight, as I do every year on my bday because I have so many emotions.. But then I thought “why not… it is what a blog is for, right?” 😉

I’m thankful for so many things.. But just reflecting on this past year I couldn’t be more grateful. It was a year of transitions, of the “in-between phases” that feel awkward but you know serve great purpose. This year I had to stop and ask myself what my heart wants. It has reminded me I’m fearless. I’m strong and above all else I can do anything I put my mind to. Also reminded me that people come and people go..that’s both liberating and overwhelming. When you love as hard as I do that concept is a hard one for sure. That some won’t agree with everything you do, and thats ok.. It’s your journey ,not theirs. That if you continue to have big dreams, some may tell you they are outlandish, and if you still believe they are possible.. they really will come true. I’ve also experienced when you’re vibing with high energy , your attracting the same energy and Its truly amazing! So vibe to my vibe 😉 I’ve learned that fear is a guiding tool to infinite possibilities. In order to move beyond comfort zones, and start living instead of existing, we must move through life believing that we were created limitless.

I’ve been passionately exploring, creating and designing my life, with an end result of living my dreams. This has been my goal, the last few months especially. So many new doors are opening. A lot of “first times”… And although at times I stop and reflect on the past .. And I dream of the future.. I remind myself all I have is right now, this moment. I’m blessed that  I’ve made it to this day, as life is a precious gift. The day I was born into this world to play out this crazy amazing journey years ago. I’m so grateful for my family and friends, new and old. The ones I can always count on, that make me laugh until my stomach hurts. The people that have taught me valuable lessons,even if they involved tears, I thank you for helping me live my purpose.  To my sweet Micah Anthony, for teaching me patience, unconditional love and always having someone to cuddle with at night when at times I feel alone in a world full of people. He doesn’t even realize his little hand in mine makes my world calm and complete. When he sleeps I kiss his face a million times and and smile knowing he will forever be my little boy. I’m thankful for my  resilient heart that stays strong even when at times it feels broken in a world full of harsh realities. To always  believing in love..

So here’s to another birthday! To 5am sunrises and late night sunsets..to traveling the world, music in my ears and wind against my face… To the amazing people I’m surrounded by..to all the little things that make my heart burst open. To everything that makes me feel alive. To love.
To many many more….

Thank you to every single person that wished me a happy birthday. To the calls, texts, flowers, dinner, cards, gifts. I read every single email and every comment on social media . My goal was to individually thank each person but the love was overwhelming. Just please know in thankful for all of you.

Now I’m putting on my little black dress and some stilettos … happy birthday to me!!!

Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns…We may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breathe in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small…. 💭💭💭 so much on my mind. With that being said.. Lately I’ve realized the days of me “living small” are over. Life is definitely a marathon not a sprint. I know that every single detail has brought me to now, this moment. I have big dreams, some of which seem  unattainable to the average person. I have never been so determined and focused in my life to accomplish everything I’ve ever wanted… No better time than the present.

Good morning & Happy first day of the new year!

Wow & what a year it’s been!
Definitely been a year of changes. A year of serious radical growth . A year that has made me uncomfortable in making big decisions. Forced me to become super independent. A year of self love, discovery and many lessons learned along the way. My biggest challenge this year has been being very available to undeserving humans, and learning when the chapter is over (in relationships, friendships, career etc) & to walk away. I’m not going to sugar coat it, it’s never easy BUT when you realize your worth .. You realize some people don’t deserve your love or time.. They are meant to just pass through.. Let them go with love. They fight battles you know nothing about.. I know with my crazy huge heart this will be a challenge forever but I continue to work on it daily.

I wouldn’t say it was the best year but I would say I’m super proud of myself. That every morning I open my eyes I’m blessed beyond belief. I’m grateful for my crazy, awesome, loud Italian family. My true friends, we may not talk every day but we have an unbreakable bond. To new friends that have shown me how to
be vulnerable In giving & receiving friendship. I have an amazing job that I love with great people. I have the most precious and beautiful son. Every moment I look at him and I remember what life is all about. So, although life can be challenging it is SO wild and beautiful!! The best is yet to come! Sooo many things to look forward to in 2016 ….

I would say you have to lay the ground work, get to know Yourself, by yourself & weed through the toxic before you can bask in what your heart longs for. So with that being said , I would say this year is game time for me! Life is truly a blessing. I will forever work to become a better woman. I pray all my hopes and dreams come true. As I like to say….dream it, believe it, say it, manifest it. 😉

Today is a new beginning for us all..
Let your inner spirit and soul guide you this year and always..
My wish for you and for myself…

To blaze new trails into unknown places. Explore untapped desires & stray into uncertain territory. Take risks. Say YES often , and no, when it is time. Hey hey!!

All my life, I knew I was going to be SOMETHING. Something great. Something wonderful. Successful, famous and something so intellectually on point, I would lightly stab the world between the eyes.
“Here I am, World. Eat your heart out!

Yes, I have been focusing on me and what this next year will bring me. I’ve worked extremely hard becoming the woman I am today. I know I have a bright future and many things to look forward to anddd all I have ever dreamed of WILL be my reality..

But you know what I’ve been doing lately? I’ve been praying for people… Yup, you read right, I’ve been praying a lot for people I love and have crossed paths with.
I’ve completely removed my little heart from this ruthless world, and I’ve never felt better…

How does a woman of this world focus less on BEING something and devote herself to DOING something?
Prayer, you guys. It all comes down to prayer.
In the past, I’ve been what you would call a “casual” pray-er. If an anxiety attack comes on, God’s the first dude I call. If my plane is doing the turbulence dance, I’m all over the prayer stuff. If anyone I love has a suspicious looking mole on their cheek and even if it only turns out to be a sprinkle from their cupcake, I’ll pray so hard.
& for the longest time, prayer wasn’t necessarily something I sought to do on a regular basis, nor was it a thing that I believed actually worked. Really, it was just a way to focus my mind on something so worry wouldn’t give me anxiety in my stomach…
God isn’t some genie in the sky who blinks and grants your every wish. And I’m right, He’s not…
But He’s love. He’s the connection between your heart and mine. And when we pray with intention for another human being instead of our own selfish needs and wants, we’re helping to connect those we’re praying for to God and wrap them in his warm embrace. Try it, it works ❤️😉

So I figured New Years is almost here and I wanted to share some cool traditions with you all! Enjoy!

The New Year is an opportunity to turn the wheel of time and begin a new. As the last year comes to a close, people around the world have an opportunity to let it go and move forward unencumbered.  Make this new year the best one yet!

Some things to do or think about …

Before the year’s over, release all clutter! Throw out all that you’ve outgrown and make room for something new. Take a cue from the Italians, who literally do “out with the old” by throwing unwanted possessions from their windows on New Year’s Eve. lol pretty awesome!

If you have consciously or subconsciously hurt others in the past year, it’s time to make amends. When your relationships are filled with anger or resentment, they become huge drains. Apologizing allows you to take back your energy and move forward. Start fresh this year, let the light of your heart shine. Release all negative thoughts, energy and toxic people. Let go with Love!

I thought this was super cool! To mark New Years Eve in Bali, the entire country goes silent and takes time for prayers and contemplation. People around the world could learn a lot from this ritual, considering all of us spend so much time talking, texting, social media etc. that we hardly listen to our own inner guidance. Before the New Year, make some time for silence. Put your phone away, shut off your computer, and just be with the beautiful gift that is the present . Do it alone or with someone you love…

Before the year’s over, throw out all that you’ve outgrown and make room for something new. Start fresh…

Purify your space! Make your home a place of peace.. Cleanse your space by placing sage, rosemary, or fresh lemon in a bottle of water and spraying their scents around your home. Boost the energy even more with a bowl of fresh-cut oranges, lemons, or grapefruits. For more than 6,000 years, certain plants were worn or sniffed to heal the body, attract love, and change one’s state of consciousness. Aromatherapy may energize, calm, rejuvenate, balance, purify the body and mind. Simply take a deep breath and let these wonderful essences change your vibration. vibe to my vibe peeps 😉

Take time to bless your life, your body, your friends, your family, and Mother Earth. Appreciation builds appreciation and makes you feel happy, reinforcing the good in the world. Smiles are contagious! 🙂 Add to the positive energy of the world — it needs your caring vibrations of light and love.

Most of us spend the holiday season thinking of others and what we can do or buy for them. But when we honor ourselves, we naturally make better choices for personal enrichment. You can’t give to others if you don’t have any energy. Don’t forget about YOU!

So, New Years in Spain, they believe that grapes bring sweetness and prosperity, and they eat 12 of them at midnight,one for each stroke of the clock. In China, one eats long noodles to symbolize longevity in the year ahead. And of course, lots of cultures welcome midnight with a bubbly champagne toast. Whatever you eat or drink this New Year’s Eve manifest the brightest & best future.. because the best is yet to come!!!

This is such a cool tradition…For good luck in the coming year, some people throw money into their home the first time they enter after the new year has begun. So, go outside your front door a minute or so after midnight and throw coins through the entryway. Bless them with all the qualities you want them to bring in! you’re welcome lol

On New Years Day we will open our book…The pages of the chapters to come will be blank. Its up to us to make this journey count….

I have to say, I’m totally excited about this year to come! Hope you are too!! 🙂

It’s no secret, Life is not always easy…..
If you truly want something or you want to improve your life in some way, you will stumble, you will fall. Things may seem bleak. And you might feel like just giving up on your dreams and going home…DON’T.

I hope you always keep pushing forward. Don’t let that little voice in your head start rumbling again, telling you the skies falling down, you’re in serious danger, you can’t afford it, you’re not worthy of that big dream, everyone will think you’re crazy, and you will end up on the streets. ohhh honey, don’t you know by now the voices that speak negative aren’t real. The nonsense your fear based thoughts spew out is nothing more than feable, primitive warning sign emanating from your brain, trying to keep you “safe” when there’s nothing safe about living in fear.
Please, my love, free yourself. Listen to your inner light, the voice of love.

Im also here to tell you that on rare occasions throughout your life, you will come across people who will save your soul. You won’t know It at the time..because most likely everything will be so confusing, and too many things will hurt. But, in time, you will realize that these people were able to accomplish something unimaginable … They held up a mirror to you that was different from the broken one that you had become accustomed to flinching at.. And they were able to make you see-really see, a reflection of yourself that was much kinder than the one you saw when alone. In realizing that, you will breathe a sigh of relief – a sound you could not make before..Not until you suddenly realize that you are no longer alone.
These people are your shelter; your port in a storm; your God-given solace. A place of peace when your own feelings turn on you. Never forget these people. Hold onto them with everything you have left in you. Love them so much that at times it will embarrass you because they won’t care. And let them love you back, because in the end, they are the ones who will save you from the world that surrounds you, and sometimes tries to drown you. And, in doing this, they will save you from yourself.
