 ^^Words of wisdom from a very very dear friend…

 You know when, very rarely, but every so often you have a conversation with someone and a light goes off. You really hear what they are saying, timing of the words makes perfect sense. Yup, this was me yesterday …

 I have been feeling alittle off lately and I guess trying to vibe with people who are not on my vibrational  level. I don’t say this in a bad way at all…. I’m just saying I take it kind of personal when things don’t feel quite right in a situation. I start to wonder “what’s wrong” or why things feel out of place..the more I try the more it gets weirder within myself lol

I have been battling these thoughts for a few weeks now because of certain situations..It starts with how I think a situation should go, letting it play out and being confused, feeling anxious and wondering what the hell happened in my own head…Well nothing happened at all..the only thing is that when two people from different worlds with completely different energy meet there no telling what the outcome will be.. Your energy has to vibe..and you have to have no expectations. When you have an expectation then it throws you for a loop when it doesn’t turn out the way you dreamed it up in your own mind, it really messes with you.

 Well after the words of wisdom from a friend I have a sense of clarity… an “ah ha” moment. I now realize that I have to remain at my level of energy and stop trying to change or adapt to others.  She explained it perfectly when she said “stay balanced, take your power back, you’re a strong woman Sarah..you need someone that can stand in their own energy and its big enough to hang with yours” Sometimes we don’t understand why things feel off with another person, whether it be romantic or not.  You can’t force something that isn’t in the stars.. and at times, people, myself included, try to place people in our lives because we are lonely or searching for companionship with other humans. We all want love and affection, we just want it from the right place. We attempt to lower standards, force things, questions things, change things in order to try to balance and make something feel good. (hope your following, I can be in my head at times) my point is to stand tall, stand in your own confidence and with the power to be who you are. Put out what you want back as far as energy and declare what you want for your future, say it, believe it, manifest it.. it will come true. Don’t waver or settle because your lonely, your energy will be off, the other person will sense, it wont work, and you will feel worse than before.

Most of all never stop believing and never ever let anyone dull that bright light that shines from within. If you step into the power that we all have deep inside us you wont have question why things happen or who you are..
